After many years working as a manager in the computer
Industry, Steve and his wife Cathy retired to the Lakes Region four years ago from Massachusetts. Steve vacationed here in the Lakes Region for over twenty years and has been boating on Lake Winnipesaukee since 1988. Steve began his career in real estate in September of 2007.
Steve’s knowledge of the area, his friendly and outgoing personality led him to a second career in the real estate business.
Steve is a member of the Lakes Region Board of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and New Hampshire Board of Realtors.
 
Education:
 
Steve graduated magna cum laude from Emmanuel College in Boston Ma., with a bachelors’ degree in Business in 1996. He served for many years as a town meeting representative for the town of Chelmsford Ma. He also serves on the board of directors for the past 8 years at Colonial Hills, a condo development in South Down Shores in Laconia. He is currently serving on the board of his homeowner’s association as the financial officer.

After a successful career in customer services for Digital Equipment Corporation, Compaq, and Hewlett Packard Corporation, Steve understands the importance of his customers/clients and how to service them with respect, dedication, and responsiveness.
 
 
Hobbies
 

Steve is often shopping for ingredients for his next creation in the kitchen as he loves to host dinner parties or just cook an evening meal for his wife. In addition to cooking you may often find Steve on a local golf course or driving his boat through the Weirs Channel with his grandchildren, or fishing some of his “favorite spots” on the Big Lake
